Connect Your Platforms
Enable Consolidated Dashboard in WhatSales
The Consolidated Dashboard allows you to view and manage performance data across all your connected stores, platforms, brands, and countries in one place. It provides unified visibility into sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
Prerequisite: Add Multiple Stores Using Separate Brands
Before enabling the Consolidated Dashboard, you must set up each store under separate brands in WhatSales. This is required if you manage multiple stores on the same e-commerce platform (e.g., two Shopify or two Amazon accounts).
To learn how to do this, please refer to the following article:How to Add Multiple Stores for the Same E-Commerce Platform
Steps to Enable the Consolidated Dashboard:
- After you’ve added multiple brands/stores, raise a support ticket from within your WhatSales account.
- Our team will enable the Consolidated Dashboard on your account within 24 to 48 hours.
- Once active, you’ll see dashboard filters such as:
- All Brands
- All Platforms
- All Countries
These filters allow you to view combined or individual performance across your entire business in a single view.
