Wondering how Etsy compares?
See how your Etsy margins stack up against Amazon, eBay or your own store.
A marketplace built for makers, with fees that stack up on every sale.
Etsy charges a listing fee to publish an item, a transaction fee on the item price and delivery, a payment processing fee on the full order and, in the UK, a Regulatory Operating fee. If an order came through Etsy’s Offsite Ads, an advertising fee comes off as well. A sales total on its own doesn’t tell you what an order actually earned. You have to work backwards through every fee to find out.
A sale that looks profitable can be thinner than it seems.
Take a £20 item with £3.50 delivery, sold by a UK shop. Etsy’s fees on that one order depend on whether the sale came through Offsite Ads. These are illustrative figures from Etsy’s published UK rates, before VAT on the fees.
Same item, same price: Etsy keeps anywhere from about 12% to over 27% of the order. WhatSales works out the real fees on each order, so the ones that came through Offsite Ads don’t get averaged away.
Publish once, sell everywhere.
Flow lets you create and update product listings across multiple stores, marketplaces and regions from one place. Push a new listing, or a price, title or content change, to Etsy and your other channels in a single click, instead of editing every store by hand.

Everything you need to run Etsy, in one place.
Performance
A listing can be getting plenty of views on Etsy and still be underperforming against what it should deliver after fees. Performance tracks sales trends, orders and refund rates on Etsy alongside every other channel, so you can tell what’s actually driving growth.
Restock
When an Etsy listing sells out it drops out of search, and bringing it back means renewing it. Restock flags low inventory automatically, so your best sellers stay live.
Replan
Not every product deserves a second batch, especially once Etsy’s fees and ad costs are accounted for. Replan shows you which products are actually worth reordering, based on real sales and margin performance, not just what’s moving.
Sourcing
You know a product is selling on Etsy. What you don’t always know is whether your supplier can restock it in time to protect your listing. Sourcing tracks supplier lead times alongside your sales pace, so restocking decisions reflect real turnaround.
Engage
Fast, helpful replies keep buyers coming back. If you sell beyond Etsy, Engage brings customer messages and support tickets from your other marketplaces into one inbox, so nothing slips through.
Workspace
Scaling on Etsy brings its own listing, photography and content demands. Workspace takes on the listing copy, product imagery, variation and bundle setup, quality assurance and day-to-day support, so growth doesn’t cost you your week.
