How Much Does Linnworks Cost?
9 October 2026
Linnworks sets and publishes its own prices, so the only reliable figure is the one on linnworks.com or in a quote from their team. We are a Linnworks partner, not Linnworks, so we will not guess a number here. What we can do is explain what usually affects the price and what to compare.
What typically affects the cost
- Order volume: how many orders you process each month
- Number of sales channels and integrations you connect
- Users and warehouse locations
- Add-on features beyond core order and inventory management
- Contract length and any onboarding or setup costs
Confirm each of these with Linnworks directly, because plans change over time.
Questions to ask before you sign
- What happens to my price if my order volume doubles?
- Which channels are included and which cost extra?
- Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
- What reporting is included, and what is not?
The cost that does not appear on the bill
Linnworks is built to run operations: orders, stock, listings, shipping. It is not built to tell you whether those orders made money. A seller can pay for excellent order management and still not know their true net profit by SKU or channel after fees, advertising and returns.
That gap is where a profit layer sits. WhatSales connects natively to Linnworks and takes your orders, stock and cost data to show real profit per order, per SKU and per channel. Our plans are listed on /pricing, from £199 a month for up to 2,000 orders, so you can compare the full stack with a clear view of what each part costs.
A fair way to compare
What to do if you are comparing options
- Write down your monthly order volume and the channels you sell on
- Ask each vendor for a quote based on those same inputs
- Ask what is included in reporting and what needs an extra tool
- Compare the total cost of the stack, not one line item
Is there a free version of Linnworks?
Check linnworks.com for current plans and any trial terms. Offers change, so we do not state them here.
Does WhatSales replace Linnworks?
No. They do different jobs. Linnworks runs your operations and WhatSales shows what those operations earn. Many sellers use both.
Does WhatSales work if I do not use Linnworks?
Yes. WhatSales connects directly to marketplaces and store platforms as well. See /integrations for the full list.
Add up what you pay for operations and for visibility, then ask what you would lose without each. A tool that shows which products and channels lose money can easily be worth more than it costs. Read more about how the two fit together on our /linnworks page.
